Hibiscus from Sally

Sally started the plants from seeds she gathered on her walks. Started them and brought me a pot of white (shown here) and a red that has not yet bloomed.

B. Silvius gave me these last year. They are huge plants and have lots of blooms. Most all of them bloom at the same time.

The blooms are so heavy the stems cannot hold them upright.

Morning glories sparkle after rain…

We got just enough rain this morning to wet the sidewalk etc. The morning glory vine is growing up the silver lace vine.

Mat for ATCs

mat on ATC

The size of an artist trading card (ATC) is 2.5 x 3.5 inches. The mat is an easy way to display your current favorite ATC.The size is 5×7 inches overall and can be used on an easel or framed. I use non permanent tape to attach the ATC to the back of the mat.

The ATC shown has a picture torn from a magazine, some scrapbook paper and a clear label with the word.

someone’s shoes! All of last year I had to look at the things and now there are 2 pair to mar the view. We pass this site on our daily walks and they bug the heck out of me.
